This product failed to navigate the second and third legs of our 2025 trip to Gulf Shores Alabama. When trying to start navigation, the app gave an obscure error message and would not provide navigation (and yes, I downloaded all the states we would be traveling through in the app to our ipad). We ended up using google maps for the remainder of the trip. Navigation was unreliable on our 2023 trip to Arkansas. For example, on the way to Devil's Den State Park, Trip Wizard led us to an old county road which ended in a fork of two narrow gravel roads with no selection between the two gravel roads. Fortunately, there was room to turn around and head back to the main highway and let google maps navigate to the state park. We also found out on the Arkansas trip that when you missed a turn, the app doesn't take you on RV safe roads to get back on track. You really need to back track to the missed turn on the "safe" road. This app is very disappointing. Has anyone else had similar experiences navigating with Trip Wizard? Does anyone have a better solution?

Yes, I ditched it a few years ago. Using Garmin since then.

We use a Garmin RV gps (1095 I think).

I switched from TV Life to inRoute after the last RV Life price increase. inRoute is about 1/2 the price and works well and has settings for RV size etc with regard to planning.

Plan within the inRoute app and export the gpx file to the Garmin for navigating. Can run the inRoute app while traveling for navigation as well.
