Propane heater

I have a winnebago 5th wheel. My heater will not ignite above 5000 feet. I've had 4 other trailers and have not had this issue. Can anyone give me some advice on how to fix it?
It rnys just fine at lower elevations.

I think I would have my regulator tested first. Make sure it is right to begin with before modifying.
