Been in storage for 8 months, first trip out although exercised the coach and systems monthly. Used OASIS (hydronic water heater) burner throughout winter to avoid winterizing. Today at EAA AirVenture doing my routine checks my OASIS overflow tank was empty, generator coolant level below min, oil checks good, I need to check engine oil (just remembered). I should have checked pre-departure but I didn't, now I did, and I'm reminding all others to check those fluids you don't routinely see.

Good advice. I have a pre check list that I laminated that takes 1/4 to a 1/2 day to do. This includes changing water filters bleeding auxiliary air tanks, tires pressure and tread wall check, fluids in engine compartment, check generator fluids, fire up generator and make sure autogen is primed and ready. What’s the old saying an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. If I can find the list I’ll post it.

Edit. Check those valve stem cores too!

We also have a pre-trip checklist that takes a bit to get through.
This what our engine/fluids/tires/bakes list looks like, we keep it on the phone in Notes app.

It is a proven fact, if you don't use it you lose it!
