A bag of frozen stir fry veggies, bag of frozen shrimp (they deforst fast in water), a pot of rice, a few spices, and you have a wonderful, healthful meal, in about a half hour, easily cooked in an RV.

Of you’re really adventurous you could add some pineapple….
 
Shrimp BTW is about the highest protien to calories ratio you can get. So if you are weighing your portions and counting calories, and trying to maintain a certain level of protein….shrimp!
 
And shrimp tacos….mmmm
