Has anyone ever replaced their radio? I just bought a new one from River Park and was informed that the new excite radio has no SD card in it to do an update for Newmar. So how does one put that info in?

Does it connect to internet and upload that way? Thats how my F150 updates

Who informed you? I would ask Newmar for an answer.

I don't know about yours, but on our 2018 Ventana it was a wire for wire swap to put in a double-din Android Auto capable head unit. It was the first thing I did when I got it home.

Confirm for yours but the one in our 22 Superstar has an internet connection to the coach or whatever we have setup to do updates for maps, radio software, etc.
