Question Rear Slide issues DX3

Has anyone had a problem with rear slide not sealing at the bottom (while fully retracted) on a DX3…? The vertical rails that have D seal seem to be protruding at the bottom. Wondering if this is a mistake oir if it’s done on other coaches.
Can’t seem to get a straight answer from service department at Dynamax…

So is it tilted out at the bottom of slide maybe 2” or more and the top of slide tight to the wall of the couch ? If I’m understanding your question correctly, if so there is an adjustment. Utube has instructions, but you can also call Dynamax and walk you through the adjustment. Can you attach a photo, we can get more of clear understanding of the problem
