Question Refrigerator Replacement

Not an immediate need, but curious minds want to know.
The original equipment refrigerator is a 30" french door Whirlpool.
If and when it goes kaput, will it go right on out the door? Or is there a process to go through?

Usually, doors off (the refer) first then it should slip through (always a tight squeeze) Blessings

We replaced ours last year. Yes all the doors have to come off.
We bought the replacement from Lowe’s. They’re called Counter Depth refrigerators. Be sure to measure everything. We took all the doors, shelving, even the front feet off. Had to take the grab handle by the door off as well as the hydraulic door stay. I think we had less than a 1/4” of space between the door frame and the fridge. Now I’m a gasser so my door is behind the seats.

We just replaced my brothers Norcold propane/electric with a residential Maytag.We removed driver side window. Plenty of room to get out and in.

I replaced one in my DutchStar. The bedroom window was the easiest method for that configuration. With doors off, I removed the window from the RV and the opening as perfectly sized to bring it straight out. Maneuvered it to the bed first on a precut plywood base and then used a forklift to ease it out. New one went in reversed process.

Took me a total of 3 hours with a helper.
