2018 Forest River Wildwood - Has anyone removed or cut into this bed support walls in their camper, I’m wondering if there are any electric gas etc lines possibly running in there before I cut in a 5” x 5” cat door ?

You need to pull up the under bed storage area floor and look. Very possible there is wiring and construction debris. You might want to box in an area to limit cat exploration.
