How should I repair this Glendale golden falcon 98

That looks to be water damage. Is it? If so, then reair the roof first. After that you can decide what material you want on the ceiling.
 
Can I repair roof my self
Yes, you certainly can. You are probably going to need to access the plywood or what ever is under the roofing to replace it. I would cut the rooing in straight lines to make a flap to access the underlayment, then after replacing the underlayment get some contact cement for the flap to glue it down. Get some Eternabond tape to cover the places that were cut and also the original leak. After that I would want to coat the roof with something like Henry TropiCool. Then start on the inside.You are going to find out it is probably worse that what your original assessment was.
