Replace fuel pump on 2003 Mountain Aire Workhorse

Is there an easier way to replace the fuel pump on 2003 Mountain Aire Workhorse, other than dropping the tank?

Most of my research points to a by-pass solution rather than replacing an in-tank pump. What chassis do you have ? Lots of YouTube "advice" on the subject. Good luck. Blessings
