For the most part, these are off the shelf fixtures, the same as what you'd have in your home. Look at Home Depot, Lowes, Amazon etc. I got my replacement shower hose & head from Walmart.

I’ve gone to a couple of plumbing places, and checked a lot online, so far I have not found anything , but one, that would take over a month to get.
It is a faucet/shower head combo

Asked the same question and several responded we just love our

ETL 26781 White Body Spa Oxygenics I don't love it and too late to send it back! Any house hold shower head will fit. In my RT there is a mount to keep the head in place, may need to keep that in mind.​

Quick fix if you have shower head in water compartment, till you find what you like.
