Replacement fridge 01D190V

Can anyone recommend a good replacement for the original fridge(I don't have a generator - not sure if that makes a difference). Thanks!

I think we need a little more info on the RV. What type of fridge and what is your power system? Do you have a battery bank how many? do you have 120volt power?

I’ll just say, Adventure-RV.net will replace your fridge, or replace the back half. Probably do repairs also. They are in Shipshewana, IN.

Just finished replacing the back half of our Norcold 2118. When we tested it at the shop, having temp on 7 lowest of 9, this am it was 23 degrees in the fridge and 4 degrees in the freezer. Changed it down to 1 which is highest, it was a more reasonable 36 degrees in the fridge.

If you can, replace it with a good brand of 12VDC Compressor type. Get away from the absorption types. The new ones are very efficient, this is depending on size and configuration, separate two doors, or freezer inside behind big main door, then open little door. Those use more power as cold is lost every time door is opened, some have bottom freezer drawer which pulls out. The biggest issues is the size of the opening, which cannot be changed so you are stuck with that space limitation.
