Hey new to the site ...... we have been seasonal campers for the last 5 years and have just about run the factory rubber off the tires ...looking to replace we have a Geo Pro 20 FBS with the factory off road tires. Any one change these out for more of a highway tire??

Welcome aboard from a fellow Canadian. Sadly, I can't help you with your tire question But I suspect some one here may have an opinion.

Safe travels

Many off road tires simply have higher ply count or ratings.

The aggressive tread has a couple disadvantages.

1. They wear faster.
2. Offer lower gas mileage.
3. Increase the possibility of rock damage. to your rig, and those that are behind. you.

You can replace them with same ratings in every way, and reduce operation costs, with no down side but appearance.

Lots of folks run Goodyear Endurance on their trailers.

My primary complaint with them is that Goodyear claims their tires only have a 6 year service life, while most other manufacturers say 10.
