On the TST 507 you have to set the temperature rangeMy memory has failed me. I can't remember when I put the new TPMS in the system if I had to set parameters for temp. Do you just put in PSI ( 20% over cold inflate and 10% lower) or do you also set temps. My alarm keeps going off and I need to do some adjusting.
And what do you set your temps at?On the TST 507 you have to set the temperature range
I think mine are set to 125 or 130, but I defer to the manual. And what do you set your temps at?
We were coming home ( LA) from Vegas. At Baker the ambient temp was 124 F. The tires started alarming around 165f. What on earth do you do?The manual states it comes from the factory set at 158 degF and says to leave it at that under normal circumstances. It doesn’t say what abnormal circumstances would be.
Slow down. Or drive at night. Be careful. High temps will kill a tire!We were coming home ( LA) from Vegas. At Baker the ambient temp was 124 F. The tires started alarming around 165f. What on earth do you do?
