I have three retractable steps on my RoadTrek Chase 2022. Two of these won't retract consistently. By trying to slightly move the magnets in the door and door frame, I can sometimes get the steps to retract, but not at all consistently. Has anyone dealt with this problem. I am quite aways from the dealer so it would be great to find a simple fix. Thanks!

Do you mean you have three (separate) retractable steps on your RV ? Or do you mean you mean you have one with three steps. IF it's the latter and two are retracting and one isn't, then it's in the step assembly (loose bolt, etc). Get underneath and check all wiring. With steps it's either wiring, motor, control module, or door switch. Your newer unit most likely means wiring. Good luck.
