Depends on your RV type.
If you have a large RV and want to understand weight limits or bridge heights that semis care about, then we use the Rand McNally Truckers Road Atlas.

We carry just a standard National Parks Rand McNally Atlas in our rig. It's great for my DW to check the route our Garmin GPS wants to take us on. Occasionally, she'll suggest an alternate parallel route from the interstate she'll pick up from the atlas.
