I have water leaking out of a small vent hole that is bulging at the bottom of my living area underneath my trailer. It looks like someone install this vent after the black plastic undercarriage cover was done at the factory. Whenever we run water into the sink in the galley, even though we have the gate valve open and some water drains out the drain hose, water still drips out of this vent that is located at the bottom of this bulge.

Sounds to me like you need to check the drain for leaks. If you don't find one inside you will need to either drop the chloroplast or cut an access hole to find the leak in the drain system.
