Roof crack advice

2019 5th wheel one of many keystone off brands. I posted 2 pics of the same area i am going to refer to. One so you can see its location and one to really see the issue.

So at the side of my roof after the curve i am starting to get small cracks. Are they surface separation of the caulk and roof? Are they something to worry about if so how and what would you use to fix them. I have a few.

I'd seal that with some of the never hardening tube sealant - thin layer of it.

Its relatively stiff and meant for horizontal surfaces.
