We have a 2005 Keystone Outback RSBH New roof is $5,500. Camper is maybe worth 6k but with Covid prices new campers out crazy high. Do we replace the roof and keep the camper longer or take that money and roll it into something else?

Good morning,
I am looking in NADA for a value but am not finding an RSBH in 2005. The BH is generally Bunk House but I am not finding any Outback with those model letters. What I wanted to do is find a value. NADA does not have a way to add for things like condition or newer items like a roof. When selling day does come, the money spent on the new roof could help it sell but not necessarily increase the book value.
Let me know if we can help in any way.
Thank you,
Ken

RS is the rear slide keystone outback

There are 21, 32 and 26 RS models in 2005. There is also a 28BHS. These models are assuming your unit is a travel trailer, not a 5th wheel. The 5th wheels have a bit different model numbers.
Finding a value is easy but need to be a bit more specific.
Thank you,
Ken
