hello everyone,
i have a 2020 seismic 4212 that i purchased 2/28/20, on 11/4/22 when i was conditioning the roof, i found screws poking up underneath the membrane the length of the unit on both sides, i brought it up to jaycos attention and they told me that this is a common occurance on thier products and stated that they wouldnt do anything because the unit is out of the 2 year warranty and that the screws had not penetrated thru the membrane YET and there is no water damage YET. it is only a matter of a short time before these screws make their way thru the membrane, i would discourage anyone who is thinking of purchasing a jayco product with customer service like this, things like this should not happen on a new unit.
