Question Roof Tape problem

Has anyone had to replace the roof tape around the vents and skylights and transitions at your own expense? Lance does not want to address this.
 
Roof sealing and cleaning/treatment is a common maintenance item for all RV's. 3+ years in is a lot of sun damage and its probably a good idea to have it done. Not aware of any warranties from mfg that would cover what you are mentioning.
