I have a 2003 American eagle the roof is white but when you rub your hand across it it’s chalky.when it rains it’s streaks down the motor home .does anyone have suggestions on what to put on the roof

If it's fiberglass clean it real good with dawn and a scratch pad and then coat it. I painted mine 2 coats with rustoleum topside marine paint.
