Rubber Roof recoating

It’s been on for 2 1/2 years now. No issues. Just keep it cleaned.

I was going to get started on next week but so much rain in forecast. I thinking about waiting until late Sept/Oct to applied Henry Tropical Cool Silicone 100% coating onto RV TPDM roof. What should I use around vents chalking Henry Prep 884 or Dicor Lap sealant? I just clean roof next week with Dawn detergent/ hot water mixed. Thanks for advice.

I use Henry's roof seal, yes tropi-coat.

I got on 2010 travel trailer TDPM rubber rv roof and needs to have new sealant rolled over it. What is best product to use in 5 gallon bucket.. So many products to choose from I plan on doing the work myself. Need another 10 yrs of RVing with my unit. Thanks for any recommendations.

I finished up with re-coating my 2010 Keystone Outback travel trailer roof with HENRY TROPICAL-COOL 100% SILICONE rubber coating and was amazed at finish job. Roof stays so much cooler and white. I would recommend this product to use and add years to life of TPDM roof.
