It depends on how you define warm. This is our third winter in Florida. We spend a week at a time in different places and have covered most of the state. If you want a good chance at 70s-80s you need to be pretty far south. Like, for instance, Miami or the Keys. If 50s-60s are OK then maybe the middle of the state. We were in Naples last week and the highs were 58-62. It snowed in the panhandle last week. We bailed early and drove home to the Midwest last winter because the panhandle was cold and rainy in February.

We've been in Central East Coast Florida over a decade. Dec-Jan can get cool. Freezing weather, 30sF, is very rare. In Feb it has already started to warm into the 70-80s during the day. By late March it will be warm to Hot. July August Sept are unbearable outside. Run from AC to AC during the day.
Palm Beach and South are warmer in the winter. The Keys we have found are nice for time off, but limiting and very expensive overall.

We are in the Palmetto / Bradenton area across the bay from St Pete.

Normally we get a week where it is chilly during January. This year we had two weeks of cold weather - down into the 40s overnight and one night in the 30s. In the 50s or 60s during the day.

The panhandle gets colder and they did get snow this year so we are far enough south to not worry about it. Only one night we had to turn on the burner for the Oasis as the electric was not keeping up for the furnace.

We travel during the summer months, leaving FL in May and returning in November.

This is the current extended forecast - I’ll take this over the northern weather any time.

HI Dennis: Yep now that is nice weather temperatures. I am preparing for two winter storms coming in. The killer is I have a gun show this coming weekend, Friday thru Sunday. One storm hitting Thursday morning, and the other hitting Saturday & Sunday.

Noticed many places on the market at River Palms?

The actual RV park is called "Wilderness Resort". Trish named one of our sties "River Palms", mostly due to it's proximity to the river and all the palm trees on our lot. We have another one down the street called "Breezy Cabana", mostly because the first year we bought it the darned wind just would not stop blowing!

And yes, there are currently 18 sites (besides mine) for sale in our park. Many of the owners have been here for awhile and are moving on and several are moving into sticks/bricks. They range from $90K up to $197K.

Are you looking to move farther south for your next place?

On another note, is any of the group getting together on July 4th at your campgrounds?

Yes, we are looking at property in the Ft Myers area but I'm flexible. I generally don't keep a place much more than a year or so.

As for the 4th of July, not that I'm aware of. I know @GlampDaddy and his group will be here the first week in May though. That's always a good time! Introduce the Glampster to a campground and bingo, instant party! Really a nice guy!

Bingo? Is there a high-stakes bingo that I'm not aware of?

Hi Jim: Man that looks like a beautiful place, but is still out of my price range. Are you looking to move farther south for your next place?

If you're on FB, here is a site that might work. Affordable and gets you out of the cold.

Hi Jim: Thanks I will check them out.

Well I have been doing some surfing on the Rv Resorts in Florida. I really like St. Lucie West Motorcoach resort. I like those little thatched huts that come with the lot. A water front lot goes between $100 & $150 a day for rental in say April or May. It also seems St. Lucie has a lot to offer as far as things to do.

Also looked at, Golden Palms, Pelican Lake, River bend, Blue water Keys, and one or two others. If any body has any favorites besides the ones I mentioned please give a shout out.
