Right now we no longer have any roadside assistance. Got tired of paying little bits of $ to different orgs that didn't do anything for us on a routine basis.
Instead, we are just squirreling away the extra funds for the rainy day.

I was 18 miles from Flagstaff, broke down. Blown engine F350 40' 5th wheel, alongside the freeway going to be dark in 2 hrs. Good Sam operator arguing with my wife saying they had us located 180 miles from Flagstaff.. After 30 minutes I called my own tow trucks (2) and got us out of danger. Towed the truck to Ford Dealership in Flagstaff towed the trailer to Cottonwood to our reservation all before dark. Good Sam said "We don't pay when people call their own tow trucks"
I won't go into the following conversation, but they DID pay and I don't have GS anymore.

Oh, and by the time GS called back saying they were going to get a tow truck coming we told them to never mind, trucks were already there hooking us up

One of the upsides and downsides of a VPN. Your location comes in as the VPN POP.
If I forget to turn off the VPN and ask for nearest service, the phone returns whatever location the VPN is using at the moment.
Or in the case of a diesel fuel discount card nothing.
Way too much thinking needed with an “out smart you phone.”.

I have Coach Net. They will help you with anything you are in , even if its a friends motorhome or car. They handled getting my porshe to dealer for repair. No bill. My buddy has his motorhome towed 150 miles, coach net paid everything.
