This is why I make my own maps in Google my maps. Your criteria does not match my criteria.
 
JGW RV park on the Sacramento River. I wouldn't call it premium (although its good enough for a Newell owner) but it hits most of the criteria above. It does have fairly high road noise from I-5 (quote close and constant) and there are definitely some folks here with fairly deep roots.

But no junk or laundry or dogs running amuck, etc. Very orderly and under control. At $58 it’s price appropriate - its a decent, clean, safe, easy spot to stop for the night, with pull-through sites, and if you are info camping by a river for whatever reason, it has that too.

It looked nicer than anything else in the area and I am not disappointed. Not my idea of a destination but it suits my purpose. So add it to the map if you like. The road noise is the only real detractor.
