I hate seat belts digging into my neck so I typically use a pad that velcro's around the shoulder harness. I've been using a shaggy/thicker/fluffy one in the past and went with a thinner one which I used for the first time today. Like it much better!!

Doesn’t raising the wall attachment help? Works for me.
 
That would make it worse I believe. Mine is at the lowest setting.

I'm glad you brought this up - the seatbelt drives me nuts - it actually cuts across my neck and jawline - I've not thoight to look to see if the wall attachment can be moved. Meanwhile, I use seat belt clips - not super great - I'm trying a couple diff ones.
