Hello,
I have a 2002 27 ft. Fleetwood Terry travel trailer that has been sitting in storage for years and has sustained serious water damage to the point where the roof and a considerable amount of the inside flooring plus the shower enclosure and some cabinetry will need to be replaced. I would like to sell it to someone that may be interested in a renovation project but I have no idea what price to list it for. I would appreciate any input someone may have.

Give it away. It’s 20 years old and will be a labor of love for someone that we need to invest a ton of labor and a fair amount of money to save it

Thanks for the response. I think I will take your advice. It's probably not going to be worth the effort to try and sell it.
