Hi everyone,
We are new to RV. We recently got 2009 Hearland Bighorne 5th wheel. Does anyone know how to flush the septic hose or where to find an owners manual online? We Googled it but we’re unable to find a manual specific to Bighorn. Thank you!

Please elaborate on what you mean by flush the septic hose?

And most save the gray water till last to flush the stinky slinky, then I have the same cap as RKins.

I caught a lot of grief over using that rinse cap - "you'll need a one way valve in it to protect the CG water". Malarky.
When I use it at a CG all the people that happen to see me use it order one or go pick one up at CW. It's a great tool.

Really, that black water is insidious stuff. Swims upstream better then a salmon. It already has a shutoff valve in it. How come the flush hose at the dump stations do not have a one way valve or backflow preventer? Drive a little ahead and there is the fresh fill hose, same water supply. Personally, I do not drink the water in my tanks no matter where I fill them.
