09 3500 express, 190 popular, what are the best shocks to get

People often recommend Bilstein shocks. If I wanted to go off road or do some rock climbing I would get Bilsteins. My RT is a heavy duty truck and rides like one, it is also a turn pike queen so I want a soft shock and use KYB gas a just.

Before you spend your money google, removed bilstein shocks because they were too stiff
