I’m hoping someone can help me with this problem. I have no hot water in my shower, I do have hot water in my sink. Water flows when I turn the shower on but only cold water from both dials. What could be wrong? Thanks in advance for any help 🥶

Verify you have individual valves for hot/cold water in the shower

What's you year, make, model and type of water heating do you have?

I guess start looking at the supply line between where the sink branches off to the shower. Pinched hose or Check valve for some reason?
So, you get cold water when only the hot water knob is on? If so, something is by-passing. I have no Idea how it's plumbed. Winterizing by-pass or city-tank valve? Sorry, I'm not much help.

Thank you for your response. I’m going start taking lines apart tomorrow. Wish me luck lol!
