Ya gotta find just the right trashcan for your RV right? Well this all started when @ARD and I visited @NWIP and I think they had a sensor open trashcan. @ARD wanted one then I started looking. So yeah, I got one too and this is the one I ended up with after @ARD "may" have gone through a few to arrive at the same end result. Compact yet holds more than my previous with "large kitchen trash bags" as simplehuman makes custom bags to better fit their trashcan and hold more, seemingly much more. So yeah, get the trashcan and splurge and get the proper trash bags for it too and you'll be glad you did.
It's compact and fits nicely across from the refrigerator. No pedal for opening, just place hand or trash over sensor, it remains open as long as anything is in front of it so it won't close on you. Works well!
