Sites where I can work on my RV

I’m looking for a southern spot to park my RV where I’ll be allowed to work on it. We need to re-roof the RV so we need about 5 days of rain free above 50 degrees weather. We’d love to find a place near a beach in Pensacola or Mobil, al or even farther into florida. It doesn’t we’d to be fancy, but we will need water/ electric hookup and sewer. Thanks for any leads! We’d be visiting March 16-28th. I know it’s last min. The place we had planned to go cancelled on us
