I have a 16' thru frame slide out that has some severe rot about 15" from one side. Any suggestions to patch and repair other than replacing the entire floor ?

Cut out the rot, seal the edges and replace with same width flooring, seal that as well.

If possible you would cut it down the middle of a stud closest to repair. Barring that you would have to get creative with screwing in corner supports from underneath the remaining floor, perhaps a couple strong straps down the middle glued and screwed. Various brackets or other such, whatever will add support.

Or replace whole floor.
