I have a 2000 coachman travel trailer.
I can’t find any info on the slide out. On it or from coachman they have no records past 2008

A rod that connects the gear box to the gear that pushes the slide out broke and when I was getting it out I pushed the rod into the square rods that connects the two slide out gears. Has anybody had any experience with this and how to get the square tube off? It looks like some sort of grommet may be holding it in. I can’t tell if it’s metal or plastic. And does anyone know if that rod can be found anywhere or will I have to have it machined?
Thanks

Try etrailer.com for parts on your trailer. Maybe they will have what your looking for.
