2018 Thor motocoach. rain is entering under the top rubber seal wether the slide is in or out. Coach on jacks level. Seal looks to be in good shape and no leaves or needles on top of slide?
 
The slide out will go from square to round and will not fit back it the square hole in the side of the RV. Been there done that. 5500.00 in repairs to replace the wall around the slide out. That was 11 years ago. Bottom line find that leak and fix it now ! Word of advice never buy an RV with a slide out. Sooner or later it will not go back in for one reason or another.
