What is roofing in my slide out called and is it expensive to fix?

I'm Sherry live in Tx.. Disabled my RV is my home my friend fixed leak outside and this is the in side. I refuse my nurse visits from embarrassment. SSDI monthly bout gone after paying the first of the month bills. Looking for ideas. Desperate.... Thank you
