So are you saying when you are running the slide in or out the slide trips and the slide won't move? If as you say slide has a sag in it it is possible the sag is causing a bind and the motor has thermal tripped. Pictures and a little better description of the issue will help the rest of us help you. Keep us posted on what you find.
After some research it might be tracking problem. It was over greased . We cleaned it up. Found what looks like something is bent. Are waiting to hear from rev in Indiana which is home for us. In florida for a month sitting still. The motors are still running for now. We get the slide in overriding the control panel . Otherwise it just shows codes and won't move. The codes say check batteries or wiring. Have checked those.
