Smart thermostat

I have a seasonal site at a campground. I have a park model unit and it has a basement a/c unit powered by 110 volts. The heat source is a normal rv unit that uses propane and operates on 12 volts 1.5 amps. Here is a pic of the wiring for the current thermostat and has no C wire and thermostat has 2 AA batteries to work off of.

I’m would really like to put in a smart thermostat tied into the internet here so I can cool this place down before we get here in the summer temperatures. Can anyone point me to a non C thermostat that will fill my needs. Tks in advance.

I suspect you're going to have to find a thermostat with an external (battery) supply, and I really don't know how it is going to react to your setup. There are some smart thermostats that "steal" a bit of power from the existing heating/cooling wires. I believe Google Nest Learning Thermostat is one of those, but it may be a 24-volt system.

Also if you'll search Amazon for "micro-air easytouch rv" you'll find a number of smart thermometers made specifically for RVs. You'd just need to find the model that works for your AC/Heat configuration.
