Horrible year for us camping this year We have had it out twice for a total of 200 miles maybe.

We decided to build a new deck at our sticks and bricks. We are both in our ealry 70s and are doing all the work ourselves. I do some part time work that has worked its way into a mgmt position instead of just driving the charter coach so this took time away from the deck build. We are very close to completing the deck however three weeks ago I had gone out to look at our coach as I had noticed an antifreeze leak. Well I was getting out of the coach thinking I was on the ground with one foot and stepped off the last step with my other foot only to discover I was not on the ground and I fell and drove my shoulder into the ground. No broken bones badly pulled and strained muscles and tendons. Jury is still out on whether or any rotator cuff danger still considerable discomfort but getting through it.

Hope to get out one more time this season.

Full timer so not finished 2026 yet. But, since you asked, so far the trailer has been pulled 8,992.2 miles. We parked at 37 campgrounds. Truck has traveled 16,613.4. I paid $650.75 in per-night campground charges. Paid $549.00 in Thousand Trails yearly maintenance.

Sorry to hear that. Hope you will be ok.

After leaving Winter and WNY State in mid February heading south to Myrtle Beach, then Florida, we got in about 38 nights 2000 miles when our DP broke down in So. Carolina. We made it to Raleigh where it spent most of the month at a Freightliner dealer, and us getting ripped off and taken advantage of.
So, decided to sell the expensive to maintain DP and end our camping adventures in our 19th season.

Missing the lifestyle, in July we sold the DP and jumped at the chance to buy a friend's hardly used Class C, 2018 & 9500 miles on it. We are finishing our rescued season with a flourish of 34 nights around the Northeast piling in about 3000 more miles
