2019 Highland ridge, Mesaridge 5th wheel. Floor in front of frig area ,between center island and wall. Floor is getting spongy. Center of rv floor ,no apparent leaks.

Water can travel under the floor tiles. Even the high end coaches use the cheapest, poor quality particle board on the floors. Most likely you have water damaged floor. See what happens in my post under "Shower leak damage". Only way to verify is look (surgery:) under the floor covering. Hope I'm wrong?

We had a leak with or at the refrigerator vent on the side of the TT. Water ran down the wall, under the refrig, and under the flooring. My first solution was to find and repair the water leak. Next was to pull up and discard the old flooring {tile and carpet} and put in a new laminate floor, PERGO Max Hardwood, over the original material. That solved the issue, no more leak, no more spongy floor. That was 10 years ago and that TT is still in good condition today.

Is it "spongy" and not springy?

I had a few spots in my 2019 Montana before I sold it where the floor would go down a little bit when I walked across it. Just a lack of enough screws or broken screws or screws missing the joist.
