Jim, I get about 10 times that when the dish is pointed correctly and unobstructed. My best was about 156 Mbps Download and and 50’s upload.

Maybe location is a factor?
It's different all the time. Like last night, it got even slower but just now, it's much faster. I have not moved or even touched the dish.

Download and upload speeds vary throughout the day and night here in Arizona. Speeds I've seen have ranged from a download low of around 75-80 Mbps to over 400 Mbps. Here is a speed test I just ran on my iPhone 14 Pro. I have the Starlink Flat High-Performance system and I'm using a Cradlepoint R1900 router. My coach/Starlink antenna is oriented facing directly South as well so not an optimum direction. There are a significant number of Starlink users at the location I'm currently at and I am very pleased with Starlink performance.
