Hey I'm trying to find out what the availability on generic or original parts are for a 2006 journey Winnebago 36g. We are getting ready to do full time RV for a year or 2 and I've discovered that the floor plan on this model is my favorite just wanting to make sure if I go this old that there's gonna be parts available.

Most of the parts they use are generic and used on many other models/brands. The parts that are made by Winnebago may not be available but a little creativity can be replaced with something similar that may even be better than the replacement part. In my case, a track broke on the bottom of our sliding doors call Newmar they are out of stock in the parts store and didn't know when they would be getting them in, and there cost 125.00 for the plastic track. I had the guys in the woodshop make one and took him about 10 minutes and didn't even charge me I bet it will outlast plastic. I would not worry about it if you least bit resourceful.
