We are redecorating an old fifth wheel. Any ideas to cover those areas without cabinet doors that are currently covered with screwed in fake wood?

Replace with real wood or maybe a n enclosure with piano hinges on the bottom and latched on the sides to keep them closed?

These things are interesting. So many places I have had to replace or reinforce things with real wood.

Pictures wood () definitely help, but just off the top of my head, there are a plethora of materials available these days. Plastics - textured, patterned, and embossed; Formica(r) or linoleum style laminates, tiles, stone, and slates come in thin or mosaic patterns; peel and stick, and real and laminate floorings all pop instantly to mind - with no particular claim to suitability to your need.
