Question Stove lighter not working on Sol Horizon - Any suggestions on how to fix?

I bought a 2024 Horizon last fall but have only been able to light the slide-out stove with a stick lighter. The dealer said they haven't been able to get a response from Intech on how to fix it. Would any one here have suggestions? I haven't been able to find a battery or other power source for the built-in igniter.

If it's a pezo then you may need to push a button or knob.

The electrode may need adjustment.

I had to drive out to storage to review the situation. There's no push button, but the knob does 'click' fairly loudly at one position, so I'm going to guess that's when it would spark. There's no propane hooked up now, but I'll try and look at adjusting the electrode when I'm prepping the camper for our first time out for the year.
