I'm going to be using 1/4 cork underlayment and 1/2 maple plywood for my subfloor. The cork on metal will provide a thermal break, some insulation, and protect the underside of the plywood from moisture. Thoughts on gluing the cork to the metal van floor?

I'm going to use flat heat stainless steel screws and pre-drill starter holes.
