This Coachmen Class C has been sitting unused in the same spot on the storage lot for almost 8 years. The license plate expired in Sep 2013. Usually in the fall someone puts a new tarp on the roof and airs up the tires. As you can see, the tarp doesn’t last through the winter. Such a waste of what was once a nice RV. I can’t understand paying a monthly storage fee just to allow the unit to rot.

Maybe it’s inoperable and they are trying to save up to fix it? Maybe it belonged to a loved one who passed and they haven’t been able to part with it?

I see this with aircraft a lot. I heard they do this as tax right offs etc. Also could be hung up in some kind of estate thing. It could be a good buy for a fixer upper? Could you fine the owner?

I'd bet there has been a death. Probably the owner. (husband) and the wife can't or doesn't want to drive it. Can't or doesn't went to sell it.
