Hello all,

First time poster. Currently own a 2015 Thor Super C 33SW. Have about 50,000 miles on it. Have done a lot of upgrades and fixes. Getting to a point where I may be looking to upgrade to another super c...preferably not Thor or Ford chassis. Have had many issues with the Ford F550 (3 upper oil pans) and some faulty PCM glitches that were never fully discovered before warranty.

I know prices have gone crazy since I purchased mine, but do you all recommend a Super C with a king bed? Appreciate it.

We have been full time in our Superstar 4061 for 2 1/2 years. Highly recommended.

The ride is great and you couldn’t pry the air ride cab away from us 😊

Very few issues and all corrected during the warranty period at the Newmar service center. None have kept us from being in the coach (well one night in the paint shop for some corrections).

Thor ? Really.... problems 😔

Appreciate the info all. We've got our Thor running good...air bags, king shocks, SUMO sway bar. Ran across a Coachman Super C but has no air ride suspension, etc. Those are $180,000 and doesn't have that stuff at a minimum? Probably looking at $150-$250k realistically...so maybe a used upper make and model is the better route than new/poor build quality.

I remember when I got my Thor, the leveling jacks weren't working, hot/cold lines swapped, etc. They charged for dealer inspection...yeah for what?

Heard everything has gotten worse and prices going up. New Thors going for $185,000...yeah right. Appreciate it and love the Super C a lot. Might just keep ours for longer. Hopefully as time goes on maybe better deals can be made. Appreciate the discussion and info.
