I discovered a leaking window had let water soak the floor. Mold is beginning. I have taken up the vinyl. The plywood is soft under the window. The window is now sealed. I'm running a dehumidifier. How should I clean this up? It's a great camper I want to save it.

I would guess it depends on how bad your flooring is. Does it need replacing?
If not, take it down as far as you can to ex[ose the molding wood, A good spraying with diluted bleech should kill the mold. Dry repeat a couple of time. There is probably some sort of preservative that would counter act mold you could treat it will before replacing the items you removed.
Just a wild guess but that is what I would do.

Happy Glamping!!

There are some epoxy type wood stabilizers, but having been in Homebuilding and remodeling it's usually just as easy to cut back to the supporting member and replace.
