Swap out Heater for Air Conditioner

Anyone do this? Thinking of install a window a/c. There already is a vent to exhaust hot air. Not sure is there is need for a condensate drain.

I think I get where you're going with this!

If you limit the air flow or the ability of the vents to direct air flow,you will not be happy!

I have installed a few. Currently my install required a window be removed, and replaced with frame, and plexiglass double pain I fashioned in it's place. The a/c slides in on a custom slide I fashioned so under way it only sticks out 2 inches.

The previous installs were under a dinette table. One behind the propane bottles the other in the back of the trailer.

Modern window shakers keep the condensate in the pan to be splashed by the fan to help cool the condenser coil. One is an inverter unit that is very efficient. It is made by midea!
